From 17 October 2026 to 20 March 2027, Lunel's Musée Médard devotes an exhibition to the history of magic, drawing on the rare books gathered by collector Louis Médard: alchemy, divination, astrology and witchcraft. The opening reception is on Friday 16 October at 6 pm.

On Friday 6 November at 6:30 pm, the Lectures Vagabondes association and the town of Bédarieux welcome novelist Gisèle Bienne at the contemporary art centre for the release of "L'Escalier sans marche" (Actes Sud). Free.
On Friday 6 November at 8 pm, in the Salle Jeanne-Oulié, Léo Rousselet and the Cirque des Petites Natures present "Éclipse": juggling, illusion and object manipulation create a world where anything seems possible. All ages from 7, 50 min, €8 to €12.
What to do this weekend? Autumn & half-term
Until 6 November, the free exhibition "La toile aux rêves" reveals the settings, characters, inspirations and behind-the-scenes work of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the video game made by Montpellier studio Sandfall Interactive. It celebrates a global hit: 8 million copies sold and nine Game Awards, including Game of the Year.
From 9 October to 14 November, the free exhibition "L'Original à l'épreuve" sets unique works alongside fine-art screen prints by street artists including Mist, Da Cruz and Shaka, with the publisher Anagraphis. A talk, guided tours and screen-printing workshops are planned; open Tuesday to Saturday.
For its 11th edition, Cœur de Ville en Lumières covers the historic façades of Montpellier's Écusson with sound-and-light video mapping over three evenings, from Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 November. Works by artists and students, light installations and a game zone: the event is free and open to all.
