Until 6 November, the free exhibition "La toile aux rêves" reveals the settings, characters, inspirations and behind-the-scenes work of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the video game made by Montpellier studio Sandfall Interactive. It celebrates a global hit: 8 million copies sold and nine Game Awards, including Game of the Year.
From 9 October to 14 November, the free exhibition "L'Original à l'épreuve" sets unique works alongside fine-art screen prints by street artists including Mist, Da Cruz and Shaka, with the publisher Anagraphis. A talk, guided tours and screen-printing workshops are planned; open Tuesday to Saturday.
From 17 October 2026 to 20 March 2027, Lunel's Musée Médard devotes an exhibition to the history of magic, drawing on the rare books gathered by collector Louis Médard: alchemy, divination, astrology and witchcraft. The opening reception is on Friday 16 October at 6 pm.
What to do this weekend? Autumn & half-term
On Sunday 15 November at 5 pm, Agde's cultural season presents "Le Chant des lions" at the Palais des Congrès in Cap d'Agde, a show blending theatre, songs and cabaret about the love story between singer Germaine Sablon and Joseph Kessel, and the birth of the Chant des partisans. Directed by Charlotte Matzneff; 1 hr 30, ages 12 and up. Tickets from €8 (under 25s) to €25.
On Wednesday 18 November from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, the Agde tourist office and an ADENA nature educator lead an outing at the Domaine du Grand Clavelet, in the Bagnas national nature reserve, to discover its built heritage and biodiversity. About 2 hours; €10, €7 reduced, free for under-18s; booking required.
From 3 to 28 November, as part of the month of happiness, the Andrée-Chedid media library in Mèze exhibits amateur photographs from the "Instantanés de bonheur" contest. Prize-giving and opening on Friday 13 November at 6:30 pm. All ages.
