On Sunday 11 October, from 10 am to 5 pm, Place de l'Agenouillade in Le Grau d'Agde hosts the first Honey Festival, with guided hive visits, honey-extraction demonstrations and a market of ten local beekeepers. Entry is free.

A new food festival comes to Le Grau d'Agde: the first Honey Festival takes place on Sunday 11 October 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm, on Place de l'Agenouillade. It invites visitors into the world of bees.

Two highlights are repeated during the day: a guided hive visit at 11 am and 3:30 pm, followed by a honey-extraction demonstration at 11:30 am and 4 pm.

All day long, visitors can explore the exhibition "Des abeilles et des hommes" (Of Bees and People), join a candle-making workshop and shop at the hive-products market, which brings together ten local beekeepers.

Entry is free. The programme may be subject to change; information is available from L'Abeille Héraultaise.
