The Pays Cœur d’Hérault and the tourist offices of Saint-Guilhem–Hérault Valley, Salagou and Lodévois-Larzac have been recognised for their sustainable tourism work. For visitors, this means four car-free nature getaways, new trail and gravel routes, and a wine-tourism map with a loyalty pass.

Talks, film debates, workshops and a round table on “Water, me and others… Living with water” in Lodève and nearby (including Saint-Étienne-de-Gourgas).
On Saturday 3 October, from 2.30pm to 10pm, the Kermit association and Le Caylar library host a nature walk for children, nature games and a screening of the film “Le Vivant qui se défend” followed by a discussion at the village hall. The evening ends with a shared meal and a night-time nature walk; all activities are free, and booking is advised for the children’s session.
The Gorges de l’Hérault Grand Site of France celebrates its label renewal: Saturday 10 October in Saint-Guilhem (stands, walks, biodiversity, abbey recital), Sunday 11 medieval visits at Issensac and Saint-Martin-de-Londres. Free.
